Ginny Trombetti is a Managing Partner at Oficio Group with over 20 years of experience in global sourcing and manufacturing, specifically managing complex supply chains. She is a recognized expert in industrial talent acquisition and is actively involved in professional organizations such as Women in Defense and Women in Manufacturing.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Oficio Group, Peter Trombetti brings close to two decades of experience helping organizations build and scale high-performing commercial, engineering, and regulatory teams. Prior to Oficio, he spent more than 14 years as a Partner at Accenture, advising global organizations on growth strategy, commercial execution, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
 
Throughout his career, Peter has partnered closely with C-suite leaders and internal talent acquisition teams to design and strengthen integrated commercial and regulatory organizations. His work has helped clients improve team effectiveness, accelerate execution, and significantly increase operational efficiency.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and an MBA from Babson College.

Ginny is an active member of the Rhode Island business community and supports several professional organizations focused on industry advancement and workforce development, including Women in Defense (WID), Women in Manufacturing (WiM), Women in Chemicals (WiC), the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Hispanics in Energy, and SENEDIA. Through these affiliations, she supports initiatives that strengthen technical talent pipelines and advance opportunity across STEM-driven industries.
